The Election Commission put in place a well defined and detailed procedure for the first Executive Committee election of the Islamabad Jeep Club. The Election Commission comprised of the following valued members

• Mr. Syed Rizwan H. Mashadi (Election Commissioner)
• Mr. Muhammad Ahsan Niaz (Member Election Commission) 
• Mr. Ali Zafar (Member Election Commission)

The IJC Executive Committee 2010 was unanimously elected unopposed. The article has the official notification, dated 27th January 2010, from the Election Commission.
