7 rigs started off from Islamabad at 9:00 in the morning, took 2 hours to get there. Hamid was there on main road to receive us, and took us to his Dera where we were refereshed with chilled lemonade n snacks. Soon we were off into the wild offroad lands with puddles, ditches, water crossings, small steep dune climbs n what not. Everyone was doing their own thing. Their were plenty stucks n recoveries. One particular recovery was rather challenging, took four tow straps in tandem to secure the recovering vehicle. But the gang managed well and all was well!
A lovely lunch followed by Special Desert awaited us at the Dera on our return. A long gup shup session followed afterwards. Before we knew it, it was past 6pm. Eventually after all the goodbyes we started our return journey, reaching back home by 9pm.
